Villa Evoah is a 4 master suite villa located in Sosua Ocean Village Las Palmas. This MODERN and updated villa is beautifully furnished and has an amazing POOL and terrace with an extra large yard. The villa has AC and WIFI throughout the whole villa. Each bedroom features its own full bath as well as high speed internet, Safe box, and television. MAID SERVICE is every other day and included in the rental price. Our Villa is centrally located and near grocery stores, restaurants and nightlife. We can arrange chef services and airport transportation at an additional cost. Sosua Ocean Village is a luxury oceanfront villa resort on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, offering exclusivity in a setting that is among the Caribbean's best.

Distinctive amenities include a first-class Tennis Club, and world class Gym, seaside pools and gourmet restaurant, The resort offers something for everyone. For the kids we have in the main resort a pool with water slides, and a park with all kinds of fun stuff for the kids. If you want a more relaxing time by the pool, the resort has 2 other pools, including an oceanfront infinity pool. Of course you always have your private pool at your villa. A perfect mix of Caribbean elegance and island laissez-faire welcomes all guests to feel at home.
The town of Sosua is a 3 minute drive away and the town of Cabarete is a 10 minute drive. The airport in Puerto Plata( airport code POP) is just a 15 minute drive away. You can also fly into Santiago(airport code STI), which is just 1.5 hours away. We can also arrange airport transfers and drivers for your stay.
The villa has maid service every other day except Sundays and National Holidays.

Day passes to the Ocean Village Club House include use of the water park, swimming pools and children’s playground. The price is 1500 pesos ($30.00) for adults, weekends and 500 pesos ($10.00) for kids, which can be used at Al Porto restaurant.

PARADISE IN LAS PALMAS

First I would lilke to thank Peggy, Chantelle and Gabriel and the rest of the staff for accommodating me in one of the best homes I ever stayed in... From outside to inside, front and back i was highly impressed how well the propeerty was maintained and cared for..... This Villa is paradise I didnt want to leave.. Everything to our fullest satisfaction

Our 10 day stay with our extended family of 7 was perfect. The apartment immaculate, all details as promised and a minor defect in the drinking water system immediately fixed upon request. We would recommend Villa Evoah to our friends and gladly come back any time.
